The Abdelkader Education Project (AEP) invites individual educators or a team of teachers to adapt AEP’s educational resources for their classrooms.
Middle School and High School teachers; College and University faculty, teaching in the United States.
CRITERIA for ENTRY
Based upon the life story and values of Emir Abd el-Kader, coupled with contemporary connections, educators will:
- – Adapt AEP curricula abdelkaderproject.org/teaching-guides-and-curricula/
- – Implement three lesson plans AEP Lesson Plan Format.
- – Provide reflections and student feedback on the experience.
Materials are adaptable for social studies, history, government, civics, sociology, geography, political science, philosophy, religion, biography, theatre, the military, and leadership development.
Please see our teaching guides and curricula, which draw upon the humanitarian legacy of the Emir, a global icon of ethical, religious leadership, and moral courage.
